** Reservations Policy **

- No-show: the first night's rate will be charged for all reserved apartments;

- For package deals, the full period of all reserved apartments is charged;

- In case of no-show, the Hotel will automatically charge the no-show fee and remove the reservation from the system, releasing it for sale to another customer;

**Payment Policy**

- Daily rates will be charged at check-in in all cases of direct payment. Any extra charges during your stay will be charged at check-out.

**Coexistence and Well-being Policy**

The hotel establishment is not responsible for any items left or forgotten in common and social areas, as well as items inside rooms that are not properly stored in the safe.

Pets are not allowed inside the establishment;

- The service of alcoholic beverages is restricted to guests over 18 years of age (upon presentation of a valid official document);

We suggest that guests intending to cross the borders into Paraguay or Argentina bring a valid ID card (issued no more than 10 years ago) or PASSPORT to avoid problems or impediments during the crossing.

The hotel reserves the right to prohibit the consumption of food and beverages ordered or brought from outside the hotel.

- All hotel rooms and common areas are 100% non-smoking. A cleaning fee of R$ 420.00 will be charged to guests who violate the tobacco usage terms.

**Policy Related to Children and Adolescents**

👶👶 Two children up to 7 years old accompanied by their parents stay free of charge;

👩‍👧‍👦 Minors under the age of eighteen may only stay if accompanied by their parents or legal guardian, upon presentation of supporting documentation (document of the guardian and the minor proving kinship - birth certificate, ID card or Passport with the parents' names).

- For unaccompanied minors, parents must submit an original accommodation authorization with a notarized signature, stating the check-in and check-out dates, the reason for the minor's stay, and contact phone numbers. The authorization must be presented to Reception at check-in and will be filed along with the guest's FNRH (National Registry of Hotel Guests).
